I stumbled upon this book as a teenager back in the 70's. Let's just say that I've never forgotten what the man did with his arm...I bought a used beat-up copy on Amazon and read the book (this time) from cover to cover. It's actually quite well written. Yes, it's pretty graphic, but entertaining none-the-less. Good luck in trying to find a cheap copy! Five stars for Mr. Pollini!

The movie was awful, but the book was hilarious....The coach works his way thru the cheerleaders one at a time, first nailing them, then killing them when they want him to leave his wife and marry them. The story is told thru the eyes of a student, and the phrase he uses to describe his discovery of a dead cheerleader in a bathroom stall, " there she was, that tight, white, cheerleader p____y" has stayed with me since I first read the book, nearly 40 years ago. Wish I could find a copy for less than $25. Must be a rare book now.
Pretty Maids All in a Row is about Tiger, an extremely charming Ocean Front high school Civics teacher [Rock Hudson in the movie adaptation.], who kept a rotating list of nymphets whom he had sex with in his office. However, once his students became too attached, he killed them.

The Allure of Nymphets refers to the rise of anal sex among teens, just like in the novel Innocents, which is partly about how the protagonist had anal sex with his high school student; however, I will mention a scene that shocked me on pages 125-132 of Francis Pollini's Pretty Maids All in a Row.

In the scene, Tiger picked up "fresh, sweet" smelling Rochelle, a 17-year-old junior (The affair started when she was a sophomo re), in his car and drove her to a "..nook completely screened from the road..." Soon after he parked the car he "...glided into her trembling body..."

"Now My Tiger-" She gasped and said, trembling more and more.
"Alright, Lovely-" Tiger said, withdrawing his shaft...
"Now Lovely_" She gasped...
"Wow, Lovely-" He told her, making his hand into a fist and easing it between her divine thighs, and upward, slowly, ever, deeper, seeking her, as she groaned, and moaned, trembling violently-
"Yes, YES LOVELY-" She said- His arm was gliding, penetrating, he was almost up to his elbow, he was drenching wet...

That's correct. The high school Civics teacher fisted his 17-year-old student.

By the way, the movie is entertaining, but the book is better.

The Allure of Nymphets
Mike "Tiger" McDrew is the Vice Principal, Guidance Councillor, Civics Teacher and Football coach at Sawyerville High and all of the other teachers and students love him...especially the female ones... and he loves them too. The lives of McDrew and his fellow teachers and students, however, are turned upside down when female students start showing up dead.

"Pretty Maids All in a Row" has been out of print for a while now, and there is a good reason for this. It starts off well, with a corpse discovered in the first five or so pages. Pollini soon sets the scene for a satire of high school life, from the point of view of a teacher, and all looks very promising. Unfortunately, after about page 50, it soon becomes apparent that Pollini has nothing to say. The remaining 350 pages are basically an endless stream of sex scenes and passages of various characters (mainly Tiger) sitting around and thinking about stuff that isn't all that interesting. Even within these passages, there is no variety. Pollini keeps using virtually the same descriptions over and over again, as if he is just copying his own writing. Other than that, nothing else really happens. If you do happen to make it through to the end of this book, which is quite an achievement, the ending isn't worth it. The ending is ambiguous and had me wondering if my copy of this book were missing the final chapter. The only thing positive that I can say about this book is that, whatever you read after it is bound to look good by comparison.
This may have been acceptable literature at some point in the far past but now it portrays illegal teacher-student sexual activity.
